Who can use CamSkip

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to enter a contract where you live. You may not use the site if a previous account of yours was closed for breaking the rules. We may ask for confirmation of age where we have reason to doubt it.

What the service is

CamSkip is a browser-based video chat. It connects you one-on-one with another person, either at random or because you chose them from the Who's online list. You can also follow people, send text messages and start a call from a profile. The people you meet are users of the site and speak for themselves.

CamSkip is an online conversation service. It is not a matchmaking agency.

Guest sessions and accounts

A guest can use the site. The session sits in the browser where it began; if you clear that browser or switch devices, the session and whatever belonged to it may be lost. Signing in gives you an account you can return to. What happens under your session or account is your responsibility.

Free matches, free time and coins

CamSkip is free to start. New visitors receive free matches, and the Reward Center at the top of the match screen offers more, several times a day. Each new match uses a free match or, when none is available, coins. A matched call opens with free time; a call that runs past it uses coins, and the call shows a notice before that point. If the balance cannot cover it, you are prompted to top up and the call ends.

Coins are a paid, virtual balance for use on camskip.live. Unless the law that applies to you says otherwise, they are not a cash balance and are not transferable. See Is CamSkip free? for the plain-English version.

Refunds

Refund requests are looked at case by case, in line with the law that applies where you live. If you were charged in error or did not receive what you paid for, write to [email protected] with the order details.

Your conduct

Using the site means following the Community Guidelines. In short: no minors, no harassment, no threats, no scams or requests for money, no illegal content, no capturing or publishing someone else's video without consent, and no bots or automated access.

Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend or close a session or account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk. You may stop using the site at any time and can ask us to delete your account. What happens to an unused balance when an account is closed depends on the reason for the closure and on the law that applies.

No warranties

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available, that a match will always connect, or that every person you meet will behave well. You use video chat with strangers at your own judgment.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, CamSkip is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, or for the conduct of other users. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it. Questions go to [email protected].
